Loftus IT recognises this inadequacy and offers a comprehensive advanced asset management Service Bureau service which can comprise simple data review on a regular basis and/or provision of full data acquisition and database management.

We are able to provide experienced local government engineering expertise in asset management to ensure that your data is up-to-date and available to you both on-line and via reports. We work with you to define optimum strategies and actions, as well as provide annual valuations and reports.

The scope of the service can be varied to suit each individual Asset Manager's needs.

This service is ideal for organisations with limited resources and is very economical.

Training

Training is an important part of any HMS software purchase. All training courses are customised to suit the clients requirements, utilising the customers own data and taking into consideration any other important, influencing factors.

There are no schedules - we will work with you and your timetable. Contact us to discuss your needs and arrange a mutually suitable time.

We are able to provide:

	On-site training at the customers own office
	In-house training* at Loftus IT's offices in Adelaide, South Australia

* This option is ideal for the operator; completely one-one, no office interruptions.

Training of new staff, re-training and advanced training for existing staff is available and encouraged.
