Circular Head Council's Works Plus in Tasmania has implemented the HMS Work Management System (WMS) and the Defect Logging System (DLS) to cost monitor their daily activities and manage their asset defects.

Lyn Scolyer, Works Clerk for Works Plus said of the recent insurance audit,
